我們目前從 台灣 將咖啡產品寄送至世界各地。
所有訂單都會經過烘焙、包裝與檢查後出貨,以確保咖啡在最佳狀態下送達。
訂單處理時間
訂單在付款完成後通常會於 2–4 個工作天內 完成處理並寄出。
在節日、促銷期間或訂單量較大的情況下,處理時間可能略有延長。
訂單寄出後,您將收到一封包含 物流追蹤資訊 的出貨通知信。
預估配送時間
配送時間會依目的地與物流服務不同而有所差異。
預估配送時間如下:

運費
運費將依照 配送地區與包裹重量 於結帳時自動計算。
國際運費會依物流公司與配送服務而有所不同。

這些費用 不包含在商品價格或運費中,並由收件人負責支付。

包裹延遲或遺失
訂單寄出後,配送將由物流公司負責。
若包裹出現延遲或疑似遺失,請與我們聯繫,我們將協助您向物流公司查詢。
然而,因 海關程序、物流公司作業或其他外部因素 所造成的延誤,我們無法完全控制。
地址填寫錯誤
請在結帳時確認您的配送地址填寫正確。
若因地址填寫錯誤導致包裹無法送達或退回,重新寄送可能需要支付額外運費。

基於食品安全與品質考量,商品送達後恕不接受退貨。

We currently ship our coffee worldwide from Taiwan.
All orders are roasted, packed, and shipped with care to ensure the best possible freshness.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in contacting the shipping provider.
While we will do our best to help resolve shipping issues, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal services, or other external factors.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply.
Food Product Notice
Coffee beans are a food product.
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns once the order has been delivered.
